  1. How do I sign up?

    Go to our website DeliveryCircle.com and click Sign Up, put in your information and get started. You can also sign up with your Facebook, Google+ or Twitter ID.

  2. Why choose us?

    We offer a technology-based model that lets customers get items delivered from anyone or a business even if a business doesn’t offer delivery services. We offer a simple "One App Fits All" solution that is customer-focused and affordable. We enable our business clients to offer delivery services without the overhead of a full time delivery staff.

  3. Is my data safe?

    Absolutely! We never share your data with anyone without your consent. We only provide your first name and phone number to the driver you select, and he/she won’t receive your address and contact details until after you schedule a delivery. You can check out our Privacy Policy here.

  4. Is there a charge to sign up?

    There is no charge to sign up.

  5. Does DeliveryCircle deliver to commercial address?

    Yes, we will deliver to your home, office or any other place you want things to be delivered.

  6. Can I schedule something to be delivered from my friend’s house to mine?

    Yes, as long as we are offering services in both you and your friend’s zip codes. You can even get surprise gifts delivered to your friends from their favorite place on special occasions.

  7. What am I paying for and how much will be charged to my credit card?

    Your delivery charges are based on the distance and weight, plus any tolls and waiting charges. You will have the opportunity to review the charges before you make the payment. Your credit card is charged only after the delivery is complete.

  8. How do I get notified if I have to pick something up?

    As a driver, you will get an email and a SMS as soon as a customer chooses you for a delivery. You will get the details of the delivery as well as the customer’s contact info. You can call the customer directly if you have any questions about the delivery.

  9. What happens if I am not at home when the item is scheduled for delivery?

    We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of schedules and you may not be able to be at the drop-off location at the scheduled time. In those cases you should contact the driver as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements. When you choose a driver to deliver your items, you and the driver will get an e-mail with each other’s contact information.

  10. What if I don’t get my deliveries or if my deliveries are damaged

    The chances of a failed delivery is small but if it happens, simply call DeliveryCircle at 1-800-617-6450 within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery.

  11. Can I get deliveries for free?

    Yes occasionally we run promotions where we offer incentives for first-time users to try us and rewards for frequent users. Check our web site and our Google+  or Facebook pages regularly so you don’t miss a deal! Also follow us onTwitter.

  12. Can I get deliveries anytime of the day?

    If it’s a same-day delivery, it depends on your zip code and the driver’s availability for that time of the day. You will be able check availability on the schedule delivery screen. You can also schedule deliveries ahead of time.

  13. How does a driver gets paid?

    Drivers are paid via PayPal. Drivers are responsible for any fees that PayPal may charge. Drivers are not an "employees" of DeliveryCircle, drivers are "independent contractors". As such, drivers are responsible for ALL taxes on their earnings including Self Employment taxes, income taxes etc. DeliveryCircle is not withholding any taxes from the payments we send drivers. All US payment processors, including PayPal, are required by the Internal Revenue Service(IRS) to provide information to the IRS about certain customers who receive payments for the sale of goods or services through PayPal. You can access your 1099-K from your PayPal account.

  15. How do I pick the driver

    Based on the location information (pickup and delivery) that you provide, we will show you on either our website or mobile application all the drivers servicing the area for the time you picked. Drivers are sorted based on delivery rates and customer ratings. In the best traditions of the sharing economy, you can choose the driver and complete your transaction of scheduling the delivery. We will take care of the rest. If you are a business and you have a committed contract with us we save you time by allowing the system to automatically assign our top rated drivers.

  16. Should I tip the driver?

    DeliveryCircle does not expect drivers to be tipped.

  17. Can I change or delete my profile

    Yes, you can edit or delete your profile through our website.

  18. Is there a limit on the size or weight of the shipment?

    You can schedule deliveries up to 150 lbs on our website. For anything heavier, please contact us via the Contact Us page or call us at 1-800-617-6450.

  19. What items cannot be delivered?

    Tobacco, Firearms, Cash, Jewelry, Antiques/high value art, Live Animals, Illegal or Hazardous materials (e.g., explosives, radioactive substances, etc.)

  20. How does Delivery Circle know when the items are delivered?

    When a delivery is scheduled at DeliveryCircle.com, you will receive a confirmation code. When drivers deliver the items they will ask you for the confirmation code which they enter into our system. The driver is paid after a successful confirmation.

  21. How do drivers get selected?

    When a driver applies to drive for us, we have them go through a full background screening process as well as meet with them before assigning delivery jobs.

  22. Can I change my delivery after it has been scheduled?

    Yes, call 1-800-617-6450 or email operations@DeliveryCircle.com as soon as you have to change it, depending on when and what changes are requested, your delivery charges may change and it may also take longer.
